the green parka jacket

Wearing a full Zara look today without even realising it (I am so obsessed with that brand). This jacket has seriously been my life saver this winter though. I snapped it in the Black Friday sales when I realised I didn't own a green parka (I know right) and I've worn it almost every day! Which is a rare occasion for me considering the sheer volume of clothes I have. I've had the most stressful week ever at work so i'm pretty drained hence the casual outfit, but it's perfect for a walk along the river and a pub lunch!

London Fashion Week Street Style

So last Friday I headed down to the streets of Soho to shoot some LFW street style for work. Obviously I was pretty excited at finally getting the chance to go to 'LFW' (even if I'd just be standing on the streets outside which is totally as unglamorous as it sounds). I don't know what I was expecting, but when we got there I couldn't help but feel like it was a bit of an anticlimax. I didn't see any of the fabulous bloggers I love and there was no one strutting down the street with a million photographers on them, everyone was stood on either side of a SUPER busy road huddled together on pavements, and most of the people were photographers or bystanders! I did manage to get some fab outfits that I've shared below - the photography is nothing on Tommy Ton, soz.

Anyway on to my outfit (excuse the awful shots), I wore my usual comfy uniform of (surprise surprise) jumper, jeans & trainers. All finished off with this absolutely beautiful Zara coat that was a steal in the sales in Spain last month.

Fringe jumper + cutout boots

One from the archives today! I totally forgot I hadn't posted this look from last year. It's nothing special but it pretty much sums up my day to day wardrobe - oversized jumper, jeans and boots. You can't go wrong right?! My wardrobe is overflowing with jumpers so i'm trying to make sure I wear them all now while it's still cold! How amazing is this one I got from Monki?? It's super warm and cosy as well. And if any of you are interested, I'm actually selling these boots over on my depop account here.

suede jacket + suede shoes =

So my love affair with suede is still going strong, and after treating myself to this jacket in Mango as mentioned in this post I found some boots that match the colour almost exactly! Blame my mum but i'm a sucker for some colour coordination. The only problem with all this suede is I have to check the weather forecast all the time because if theres even a 10% chance of rain i'm not risking it.. #suedeprobs anyone?
